On behalf of our client, international Belgium producer of green energy, 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨, Manpower Serbia is looking for a candidate for an open position: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫

The PM is responsible for the development of the project(s) assigned to him/her according to Project Management principles and policies defined by the company. The goal of his assignment is to bring these projects to the stage where notice to proceed can be given to the turbine supplier and other construction contractors, following project approval by the management of the company.

Responsibilities

Junior

Interact, communicate and build up a strong network with local government officials, landowners, mayors, contractors, consultants and other authorities
Negotiate and obtain option/land lease agreements, way leaves, manage the permit application process and interact with the counterparts within the Elicio organisation
Present projects in all its aspects to management for acceptance for further development
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Had a good grasp of AutoCad

Senior

Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Find and pursue leads for greenfield or acquisition of projects in compliance with the company strategy
Execute feasibility studies with respect to environmental conditions, permits, micro siting, land ownership, grid connection etc.
Manage the grid connection application process
Draft Project Execution Plans and implement them
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

Qualifications

Bachelors or master’s Degree in Business Economics, School of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Civil engineering, Business Administration, Law
Minimum of 3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Successful completion of at least one project
Familiar with Project management software, e.g. MS Project or Open project.
